Just do it or just don’t

Taking part in physical activity means;

  • you are likely to live longer
  • you will need the NHS less
  • your mental health will be better
  • you will have more confidence, self esteem and more friends
  • your muscles and bones will be stronger
  • blood pressure will improve, less chance of cancers, dementia, diabetes, stroke…
  • your brain will be quicker

Or, just don’t!
